The town of Almoradi is a small Spanish town in the region called Vega Baja, which is famous for the cultivation of fruits and vegetables. Due to a very good roadway system you can reach within 8 minutes the wonderful white southern beaches of the Costa Blanca and the seaside resorts of Guardamar and Torrevieja. Even the airport of Alicante is only a 35 minute drive away. Almoradi is a lively town, often called the "Furniture-City", where you can find a good selection of large furniture stores,shops, restaurants and medical care. Every Saturday they have a market in the town centre - it is the biggest street market of the surrounding area.
