Guests can use the facilities at the Mazarron Country Club. These include swimming pools. tennis courts and the bar-restaurant. The beaches at Bolnuevo and Puerto de Mazarron are just ten minutes away by car. The surrounding area offers a wide variety of sports activities and attractions. With several golf courses in the area. it is a golfer s paradise. Nature lovers can visit the Sierra Espuña Nature Reserve. 20km from the Mazzarón Country Resort. The fascinating Sierra de las Moreras protected area is also close by. The provincial capital of Murcia with its lively city centre and variety of shops and entertainments is 30km away. The house was built in Andalusian style with yellow / white accent colors. very nicely decorated and fully equipped. The bedroom in the tower room is only by an outside staircase (not suitable for small children). In the conservatory and on the covered terrace you can have fun together. During hot days the illuminated swimming pool with roman steps for cooling. There are several sun beds where you can enjoy the peace and sunbeams. Should the temperature drop then you are also good in this house. you can warm up by the fireplace in the living room. If you do not feel like cooking then the restaurant at the resort or restaurants near the alternatief.Door a good location on a cul de sac this property has lots of privacy. From the roof terrace is lovely views over the resort and the surrounding mountains. You can enjoy the golf courses. parks and beaches in the immediate vicinity. 10 minutes away is the Mediterranean. Visit the provincial capital of Murcia with its lively center with shops and nightlife (65km. 35 minutes). or the old port city of Cartagena (about 35 km. 20 minutes by car.).

Video and stills taken 19 February 2012, Mazarron Carnival (Murcia Spain). We took these at the gathering point hence a lack of crowds whic gathered on the main streets. This is near a couple of schools which unfortunately accounts for a lot of graffiti(!), not evident elsewhere in town! There was a massive total of 28 entries this year. Not bad for our little town.

From the Puerto de Mazarron Costa Calida
There are 4 different routes available from the Puerto Deportivo in Puerto de Mazarron, the boat operating from Mazarron having a glass bottom in its centre to enable passengers to see the marine life below the boat for which this coastline is so famous.
Route 1, The Cliffs of Cabo Tiñoso Costa Calida
Departure daily at 10am
Duration approximately 2 hours
Adults 15 euros, children 3-9 years old 8 euros
This is the longest tour operated and follows the coastline along the rugged shores of Mazarron, taking in the cliffs and rock formations, The Tower of Santa Elena at La Azohía, the arch, also known as elephant rock and the marine life along these rocky coastlines.
Route 2. Bolnuevo and the Isla ( Island) of Cueva de Lobos Costa Calida
Departure daily at 12.20pm
Duration one and a half hours
Price 12 euros for adults, children between 3-9 years 7 euros
This route runs along the rugged coastline to Bolnuevo, where the spectacular sand erosions can be seen from the sea, and around the Island of Cueva de Lobos
Route 3 . Coastal route, Puerto de Mazarron Costa Calida
Departures daily at 5.15pm and 6.30pm ( except Tuesday and Thursday during August.)
Duration approximately 1 hour
Price 8 euros, children aged 3-9 years 5 euros
This is a relaxing evening cruise along the coves and points of interest of the west coast of Mazarron.
Route 4. Swimming trip Costa Calida
Tuesdays and Thursdays during July and August at 5.15pm
Duration approximately 2 hours 15 minutes
Price Adults 20 euros, children aged 3-9 years 12 euros
This is an enjoyable evening cruise along the coastline, dropping anchor at one of the secluded and beautiful bays which are found along this coast and are only accessible by boat. The boat goes close into the shoreline, so that participants can enjoy a peaceful swim and time onshore, before returning back to port.
Don´t forget to bring swimming costumes and a towel.
